The Privacy Policy describes the rules for processing information about you, including personal data and cookies.

    • Provision of ordered services

    • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator's systems.
    • Through the storage of cookie files in end devices ("cookies").

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects the data in the event the database is stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is currently a modern standard for storing user passwords.
  4. Two-factor authentication is used on the website as an additional form of login protection.
  5. The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.
  6. To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.
  7. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for personal data processing, in particular the regular updating of programming components.

    • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the user accessed the Service via a link,

4. Your Rights and Additional Information About Data Usage

  1. In some situations, the Data Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following recipient groups:
    • hosting company on the basis of data processing agreement
    • authorized employees and associates using data to achieve the website’s objectives
    • companies providing marketing services to the Controller
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform related activities defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification,
    • erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to processing as specified in point 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data to pursue legitimate interests of the Controller, including profiling, however the right to object will not apply if there are legitimate legal grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be used in relation to you for the purpose of service provision under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing by the Controller.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined in data protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may store information facilitating the linking of form data with the user's email address. In such cases, the user's email address may appear in the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., service request handling, business contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is for.

  1. The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transmit personal data to this service, only anonymized information.   2. The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered user is using the Website. This is based on data for which Facebook is the controller. The Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to Facebook. The service uses cookies stored in the user’s device.
  3. The Operator uses automation tools on the Website, e.g., to send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
